Prices

CONDITIONS:
*Exchange rates vary constantly. Please consult your bank or talk to
us. A payment of half the total rent is due in order to hold your
reservation.
The other half is due 30 days before your arrival.
A security deposit of 900 euros is due one week before your arrival by
check or in cash the day you arrive.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please see the 8 page contract for details.
HOUSEKEEPING: We provide cleaning as long as the house is left "broom
cleaned". Otherwise a 90€ fee will be deducted from the
security
deposit.
We provide linens, bath, kitchen and pool towels, free of charge.
Extra sheets and towels may be rented for a reasonable fee.
