Prices

During the summer months we give priority to
reservations of 2 weeks or more.
CONDITIONS:
*Exchange rates vary constantly. Please consult your bank or talk to
us. A payment of half the total rent is due in order to hold your
reservation.
The other half is due 15 days before your arrival.
A security deposit of 1000 euros is also due 15 days before your arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING: We provide cleaning as long as the house is left "broom
cleaned". That is the dishes are loaded in the dish washer, the BBQ grills are cleaned and the house is in decent condition. "Otherwise a minimum of 90€ will be deducted from the security deposit and possibily more if the house is really dirty. Sorry, past experience.
We provide linens, bath, kitchen and pool towels, free of charge.
Extra sheets and towels may be rented for a reasonable fee.
